From this point, Allen designs a program that fits into your lifestyle, is interesting and motivating to you and will move you toward your goals. Whether it's functional improvement for activities of daily living, rehabilitation from injury, training for a specific event or state of fitness, or simply to look and feel better, Allen can create a program to help you get there.
